The honest read on sour: 16 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Bangalore
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bangalore that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₹2.78 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bangalore, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ₹58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₹2.78 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.

India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally. Shipping of nicotine to Bangalore runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to India need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
