The short version: salted in Bangalore works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted sub-ohm kit really costs in Bangalore
We run salted the same way in Bangalore: same sub-ohm kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bangalore.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₹30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₹3.34 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Bangalore must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in India sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | ₹30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ₹3.34 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever India allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bangalore?
