Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on salted: 13 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bangalore the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: salted in Bangalore works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted 30 ml shortfill really costs in Bangalore
We run salted the same way in Bangalore: same 30 ml shortfill, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in India, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangalore stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally. Shipping of nicotine to Bangalore runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Bangalore must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₹2.73 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How long does salted in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Bangalore we measured 7 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever India allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
