Plum in Bangalore: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangalore.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
The honest read on plum: 6 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bangalore that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₹1.67 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Bangalore works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum squonk mod really costs in Bangalore

How we tested plum in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in India, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Bangalore survives.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangalore stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in India sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is plum legal to sell in India?
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₹1.67 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
