Plum RDA Jouza Hookah in Bangalore: the budget shortlist
Plum in Bangalore: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangalore.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
If you are looking at plum in Bangalore, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum RDA really costs in Bangalore
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bangalore.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Bangalore, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangalore stocks.
- Treating the advertised ₹54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₹2.7 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Bangalore must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to India need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in India?
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bangalore: about ₹2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus ₹54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
