Frozen pen device Jouza Hookah in Bangalore: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Bangalore: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangalore.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
The honest read on frozen: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A frozen pen device from the flat-rate options in Bangalore costs about ₹2.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Bangalore works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Bangalore
The honest read on frozen: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in India, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bangalore.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised ₹39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₹2.62 per 10 ml.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to India need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in India sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | ₹39 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ₹2.62 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in India?
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally.
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Bangalore we measured 5 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
