Citrus starter kit Jouza Hookah in Bangalore: the cheap shortlist — Bangalorejouza
Citrus in Bangalore: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangalore.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bangalore that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₹1.62 per 10 ml.
We run citrus the same way in Bangalore: same starter kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus starter kit really costs in Bangalore
A citrus starter kit from the cheapest options in Bangalore costs about ₹1.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in India, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Bangalore.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Bangalore, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangalore stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in India sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally.

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a starter kit last?
In Bangalore we measured 8 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bangalore: about ₹1.62 per 10 ml liquid plus ₹58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
