Citrus RDA Jouza Hookah in Bangalore: the review shortlist
Citrus in Bangalore: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangalore.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
We run citrus the same way in Bangalore: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Citrus in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bangalore the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Bangalore
Ordering into Bangalore usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ₹51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₹2.85 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally.
India restricts vaping sales, and state rules differ, so verify locally. Shipping of nicotine to Bangalore runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever India allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₹2.85 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
