Ordering Jouza Hookah to Bangalore: the practical version
If you are looking at caramel in Bangalore, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run caramel the same way in Bangalore: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Bangalore
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in India, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in India, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangalore stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bangalore accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in India sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Bangalore must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bangalore: about ₹1.75 per 10 ml liquid plus ₹64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever India allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
